In 2022, after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in London, Anne turned one of her hobbies into a full-time focus and Delice Asan was born. She is committed to creating incredibly healthy and delicious plant-based food. In her private kitchen, Anne uses plant-based whole foods innovatively to cook unforgettable dishes that please the palate while also reducing our carbon footprint. Before Delice Asan, Anne had a long and successful career as a lawyer and strategy consultant, including at two of the Big4.

The Food | Be Inspired

Anne created Delice Asan to have you experience whole plant-based food's deliciousness, healthiness, and beauty. Delice Asan’s botanical gastronomy dishes burst with creativity, colour, flavour, and nutrients. Anne’s focus is on preparing creative fine-dining dishes, using contemporary techniques and the finest ingredients that originate in the countries where she has lived and the very many she has travelled to. With each dish carefully thought through to inspire, Anne develops her menus a few days in advance to source the freshest and most premium ingredients. Delice Asan’s botanical gastronomy is completely free of animals, animal products and highly formulated food. We cook with plants, favouring the honest and natural power of the freshest and finest ingredients, preferably the ones we can find close to home to support local businesses. At Delice Asan, we experiment and have fun creating healthy, delicious, and high-quality meals which are friendly to your body and the environment. It will help you eat healthier while reducing your overall carbon footprint.

The Location | A Unique Setting

Situated in a private bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood, Delice Asan is Singapore’s new destination for food lovers. Set among private gardens, and a variety of beautiful elegantly decorated dining areas to choose from, Delice Asan creates the perfect ambience for diners to enjoy the botanical gastronomic experience to the fullest. Whether it is an intimate evening with friends, a celebration, or a business dinner, we can accommodate you.

The house is beautifully furnished and full of art and artefacts from various parts of the world, and photographs – which is one of Anne’s other hobbies.

Bookings

We look forward to seeing you at Delice Asan! Just a few details to make sure that you will have the best fun experience in our private kitchen.   

Timings: For lunches, we are happy to welcome you at Delice Asan Tuesdays to Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm. For dinners from 7:00 pm-11:00 pm. Please contact us if you would like to come on a Sunday or Monday. We will always do our best to accommodate you.

Size of your group: Bookings are for a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 10. Please do get in touch if you would like to increase numbers or if you have fewer than 4 people. Delice Asan will always try to accommodate you. 

Menu: We typically prepare one menu per table meaning that all guests will share the same food. Please do inform us about any dietary preferences and allergies.

Menu prices: Menus start at S$150 net per head for a 5-course dinner and S$115 for a 4-course lunch.

Wines: Following our rule of 80% healthy and 20% wicked, we offer a range of vegan and boutique-produced wines as part of our private kitchen experience. Wines are sold at competitive prices, not with the typical restaurant markup. As a small business, we would love for you to order our wines. Please get in touch if you would like to bring your wines.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the food bill is required to confirm a booking. Please note the booking will automatically be released if we do not receive the deposit within 72 hours of making your booking. The remaining balance should be paid 72 hours in advance of the lunch or dinner experience.

Cancellations: Unfortunately, the deposit is not refundable if cancelled less than two weeks in advance and if we are unable to rebook your date.

No liability: As we are a private home, we can accept no liability for any issues that arise on our premises.
